Swimming : linear path of 750 meters to the sea, about 300 meters from the shore and parallel to the shore.

Bike: circuit to repeat yourself 3 times for a total of 21 kilometers on paved land completely flat and closed to traffic.

Corsa : 5 km walking tour on sidewalk, opened to traffic.
