Gathering Triathlon Duathlon

I am happy with the result in the gathering organized by the Winter Triathlon in San DDS Vincenzo in Tuscany from 9th to 13th March 2011.
We were a group of triathletes to train together with Daniel Fontana Hotel Riva in this beautiful place of the Etruscans, we ran a program in swimming pool, running in the woods and especially biking in the Tuscan hills.
The day Friday was spent like this: Wake up 6:30 am until 9.00 then swimming, cycling and breakfast out in groups until noon, then lunch and "siesta" to regain energy, to 16.30 run in the pine forests Tuscany, then stretching and postural exercises, spa to relax fully deserved dinner and then immediately rest.
Congratulations to all who organized this wonderful stay.

First Edition and immediate success, thanks to a sunny day and warm your point across. Today the Citadel is presented in its best to accommodate the more than 250 athletes between large and small. At 10.00 attended the races start at 12.40 and departure of youth amateur, elite and age group.

Many of the starters, well 146 from all regions. The race appeared on a circuit multilap running and mountain biking, challenging path made by the fund really heavy rains the past days have made it very muddy and slippery but that did nothing but increase the charm and commitment to the race. The first 3km was held over two laps on the walls of the Citadel, a very suggestive context, while the 14-kilometer bike course was held over three laps really pretty tough. . . There have been harmless slips in the mud! The last lap final race Always on the walls and 1.5 km lap with arrival in the beautiful square of the weapons.

First race of the 2011 season with a good result and equal to 'training done so far, starting at 13.00 in Piazza Motta with a cold climate, I started to do 4 laps of the race route Walloon 5 km, then cycling with four runs on hilly path to make total 20 km and 2.5 km to conclude travel in the same location, a beautiful track!
